The Holy Spirit is a Person

Sirs, We Would See Jesus

The Holy Spirit is not a thought; It is a Person. “When He, the Holy Ghost, is come…” And He is a personal pronoun, so it—it’s absolutely… It—it’s a Person of Christ in the form of the Holy Spirit living in you. Jesus said, “I am the Vine; ye are the branches.”
Now, the vine does not bear fruit. The branches bears fruit. So therefore, He has to use you and I, our eyes, our lips, our—our hearing, our speech, all… That’s Him speaking through us. “I am the Vine; ye are the branches.”
So it would be the association of Christ in His people, if we could see Him acting today like He did then. For it’s a promise to His Church. “Ye abide in Me and My Word in you, ask what you will…” Oh, so many thousands of promises could be quoted here. But it’s Christ in His Church.
